Jackie has been teaching Pilates for 4 years as a level 3 instructor who is also member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. “Having sustained injuries myself I truly appreciate the benefit that Pilates can bring and the importance of adaptations to help people achieve their goal”.
Pilates will improve your posture, flexibility and core strength whilst also helping to reduce injury. Emphasis is on ensuring exercises are performed as well as possible to enable the client to gain the most benefit. Classes are small and personal with a maximum of 8 spaces. Booking in advance is essential to secure a place and also to let Jackie know a little about yourself so that she can design the sessions to meet your aims and aspirations as closely as possible.
