NUTRITION FOR MENOPAUSE WORKSHOP

Learn how diet and lifestyle can support you naturally through your menopause journey. This inspiring workshop will take place at The Retreat in September. Only a limited number of places available.
In this relaxed workshop Nita will discuss which foods can help alleviate the symptoms associated with peri-menopause like hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia and anxiety.
Nita will also discuss how you can support your long-term health post-menopause, paying particular attention to which nutrients are needed to protect our bones and hearts.
Good food choices and the right nutrition is vital at each of the menopause stages – for reducing symptoms and to create hormonal balance during peri-menopause, and to support the whole person post-menopause so they can continue to live and age well.
This workshop will be full of the latest nutrition science, friendly discussion, practical tips and easy ways to get the nutrients you need into your daily routine.
There will also be some yummy, hormone balancing nibbles to try and lots of useful handouts and resources 💜
